Their frozen in time from the moment he stores them in the card... So technically if he were to store a 10 year old in a card for about 20 years they would still look and act ten, but technically their 30.

ah hey, question! when he stores actual people in cards, are they frozen in time not needing food or anything or does he have to let them out once in a while to remain living?
