This is really cool, you are so talented :) The bookmark idea is awesome xD! The wolf with wings is breath taking and this makes me want to know whats happening in the story!! haha

For the green glow, I added a new layer with a green tint and lowered the occupancy to around 40-50%. After, I used an eraser with an occupancy of 35% and erased areas with less glow or no glow.
For the base of the spirit (Phate) I used a standard round brush on a low occupancy. I blurred it a bit and went back over with brighter highlights. For the glowing layer, I used a standard brush with paper textures and erased with the same.
