I don't know how you've been going about telling her, but the best way would to sit down and tell you want to have a serious discussion. Also, remember not to say stuff like "You always ____" or "She _______", instead say things like "I feel ______"

I've tried so many times, but she takes it the wrong way and then she thinks I'm blaming it on her so she throws stuff around and get angry. I don't say anything bad about her either when i explain to her. It's just... too hard. I'll try telling her one more time. Thank you for helping meee. I feel much better right now

I'm no expert but I think you should tell your mother the truth.
