Let's see, let's see...Hrmm...there needs to be a bit more shading. What I do (sometimes...I usually forget...XD) is choose a lighting source and mark in on another layer so you know where to put your shadows and how big to make them. I think the nose might be too high up...O.o Not really sure, but it looks good, still.
He's also tilted weird, so if you don't already, I suggest making an outline, like with the circle and plus sign for the head and so on. And I don't know how to help you on feet...XD They're annoyingly hard...>.> And I have no clue how to draw them at all...So sorry I'm not help there.
