Ooo! This is very nice. Something about it reminds me of Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker. Not it a bad way since it's my favorite Zelda, but almost like a film noir style in the coloring.
Cel-shaded noir... it's cartoony and has deep contemplation with a jazz and blues soundtrack.
