Wow great character and design! I just can't believe there aren't any comments on this drawing :O Tssk.
Loving the lighting in this piece, and amazing job on the hair! I find it especially difficult to color blond hair and you pulled it of amazing ;3
Oh and I love that electricity around his hand. Looks real spiffy :D
