One thing you could improve a bit, though, is the eyes of the girl. They seem a tad awkward.
I adore the perspective, though! It's really well done, but you don't seem to have followed through with it on Luka's head. I rekon just change Luka's head and eyes a bit, and it'll be PERFECT!
In any case, I belive this to be a great piece of art; especially the balloon~! It's so hard to do shading on balloons~! ^^
