The flowers were a brush that photoshop came with. Scatter flower mums or something idk, i like them. they look cool. i wasn' sure what to do with his chest or the blur. -_- so i kinda left it like that. oh well, i'll work on that. thanks for the tips and comment :)

I would say maybe sharpen up some of the lines, like in the chest area. It looks fie around the face, but it makes it a little hard to focus on if you have them blurred everywhere. (Although, I'm tempted to blur everything out, myself when it doesn't look right... =vuv;=) Mostly because the hair looks so vibrant (excellent job on the, btw =)) and the body has blurred lines is what throws me off. That's my opinion. =3
You'r getting better with proportions and digital coloring. =3 You used the grass brush extremely well *pats head* How did you create the flowers, though? =)
