Lulz, I looked at this and went "WOAH"
I was immediately drawn to her figure and pose, I find it amazing how much tone and detail can go into skin. But then to the nice flowy [scarf?] and it is soo pretty! The eyes are so cool looking x3 Though the red/brownish hair is a contrast to all the cool colors in this mix.

I love how you did her skin, it looks so soft and smooth, and the detail on it is amazing. Every little muscle, every shadow.
Her eyes really grabbed me, especially the fact that under her eyes it's a little red and blotchy looking...like she's been crying. Her eyes look like they're screaming,"I'm lonely. I'm sad. I don't know what to do." But at the same time she almost looks angry. I think the whole color scheme helps with the emotions I feel with this picture.
Erm, well...that was my interpretation anyway. Sorry if I'm being kind of weird D:
