Really? I didn't even know I had a painting style! Asides from being sketchy, hehe. I'm still getting used to my tablet, now I have my laptop back I plan to try and submit a few more artworks on here.

I kinda lost track of which layer I was using, so I ended up leaving it blank... Next time I'll plan my use of layers so I fix the base parts of the picture first. *nod-nod*
Corsets just sound so painful... A friend of mine tried one on when she was on a school trip to some historical place [i've forgotten where...] she was picked out of the class to see what the corset was like. Poor girl couldn't breathe!

As far as I remember, corsets meant beauty. Wearing one gave the stereotypical womanly figure that was much more of a turn on back in the day.
For a first time in photoshop, it turned out nice. The only thing that is missing is the inside of the sleeve on the right arm. The rest is nicely done.

I'm told that photoshop can be quite complicated sometimes. I've never been an artist with pictures, just words, so I've never used photoshop before.
Corsets, over long term use, permanently change a persons figure. It is no wonder that your classmate was in such pain.
If I ever go goth, I'm only wearing one for looks and not tightening it. I think I've got a fine enough body as is.
