Hmm it can be a possibility. The Bleach characters have the ability to see and talk to spirits. For YuGiOh, depends if you use from other series, these characters has the same ability - yugi/atemu, luna, Judai.

Yugi is able to touch, talk & see Atemu as a spirit like Ichigo(in spirit reaper form) and Rukia. Well, it depends how you and your partner create the story.

So, it can be a great crossover. I will be happy to read when you post it up
