good things, love the color job! you did a good job and I like the texture to it.
I also like you anatomy, I do think though that your hands and feet are a bit off. And I will say this from one artist to another, reference images are a lifesaver, I still have issues with feet, but practice makes perfect.

<3 I think the light source thing is what was driving me nuts! XD I never really thought about adding it to the skin! :D :D
Faces are actually my weakest point. I'll definitely try dividing it into parts and see if that helps!
