I think the whole concept of the image is interesting. I like the hair in the back of his head but it doesn't really seem like it's the same hair as the hair shown in the front. I would have also loved to see a lot more texture in his jacket.
Overall it's pretty neat. The expression in his eyes make him very believable. Great work! But not some of your best.
