what do you mean you don't know how to do backgrounds!? That background is like, grade-A if you ask me. Seriously, that's really good. What kind of special powers do you have as an anime character? I see you levitating over all the cars, that's dangerous!!

You did a very nice job with the background for not knowing how to make them. xD
All I have to say about this is try to make it a little less stiff. It looks like he is frozen in the sky. I think for it to look really like he was moving his legs would have to be placed a little differently. You did a nice job, though. I love your coloring style.
