These Peachlet design is a lot better than the one I just say. I love the different shades of pinks you used to make her dress stand out. I am really impressed with the detail you put in her. And I love the borders to. They keep me caged in, XD.You know what have been cool though? If you had all these ribbons coming from the outside into her so that she was the main focus. Just an idea I think you can pull off.
Anyways, very cute design and cute. Try filling in that negative space. You don't want the viewer to become too bored of seeing the same theme over and over again.
I forgot to mention one thing that I don't like at all. That shading under her chin. It is very distracting and I don't feel it is necessary. There are no other major shadows from lighting that really support her chin to be darkened like that.

She is SO cute!!
And I love pink and yellow together. :) It's one of my favorite color combinations!
