I'm actually in the process of writing a (fairly detailed!) post about how to take pictures of your art and edit them without the use of Photoshop. It's not finished yet, but if you look at the "drafts" section of my fanart portfolio, you can see some examples there. They might be able to help you?

She really does look like a real "shinobi" that's what a female ninja is called right? Pretty spiffy if you ask me, and I think it's interesting the choice of colors you chose. She has the color red, that's a war color!

Your drawing looks okay, but the image itself is kind of dark a blurry, and it takes away from your art.
