Thanks for that ^_^ I do a good bit to smooth the colouring out as much as I can, without making it look smeared (which works better sometimes than others), so you might imagine how it might have looked without the effort xD

The detail on her gown is just amazing! I really love how the coloring isnt smooth, but it still looks great from a far. I like your technique, it is a great way of capturing details and stuff.

Awww, thanks! Technically, prismacolor pencils are pretty close to oil pastel, so you weren't far off, at least ^^;
