Oh, that's his eyepatch. Honestly it's just for 'fashion' or whatever, he's not actually missing an eye. When I was talking to a friend who helped create him, I was like "how bout an eyepatch for fashion?" mainly 'cause I was too lazy to draw his other eye XD (Though he is missing an eye in one of my serious stories I have in my head that I'm too lazy to draw/write down.)
Aha, well, I just felt like adding the maple leaves since I always have a white back ground but it's more of...because he's Canadian and I never really draw much to show that XD
