yes, i did it by hand. The colors don't look like on paper cause my scanner messes up .
Aww , :blush:. Well i'll try uploading a little tutorial on how i colored the hair. And i promise i'll make a tut [soon i hope] on how i color the whole piece xD. Probably i'll try drawing another Sailor Moon character xD

The coloring is very nice, beautiful in fact, and there are some nice details to this piece; however, I think you should use some references to improve the anatomy, especially her arms. Anatomy is very tricky, especially with the angle you chose to draw this character, but online references should help ^^ Keep practicing and keep up the good work
