Quick question though Cherri-chan~ it says that judging will also be based on layout..so by that, does that mean we are encouraged to draw a background with our entry?
And Rika looks beautiful in this! I love her dress so much~! Such a fun pic and a great advertiser as well~ can't wait!<33 Lovely work my friend!~
