The first part that got my attention was definitely the color choices~ you definitely do not see green and purple often, so it was nice to see that combination! Especially with the background~ very classy and lovely touch to the formal look ^^
The purple dress looks stunning~ such a unique design!(I don't think I could pull it off though...I've gotta wear certain dresses or else it might look unflattering LOL)~ but Rumei's so beautiful she can pull it off no problem ^^ It's nice to see her hair tied up as well!
Hm...critique-wise, I can't say too much xD The colors are fabulous and so is the pose~! However for the make-up, I do agree that maybe it could have been done a bit differently. Perhaps if you differentiated the color of her make-up from her hair color? They look very similar.
Her hand was well-done and so are the accessories ^^ Her legs do seem a bit stiff though~ the muscles don't seem to flow very well and the knees are a bit too low. (And I agree, LOVELY shoes<3)
