Oh goodness, she's adorable! haha<3 I really love the color of her hair and eyes~ it's so unique and definitely makes her stand out ^^ The pose is so cute too...very passive and almost shy, I love it. You did a nice job with the dress and its colors too ^^
And never say you fail at drawing!! Anyone can say that and it's true for everyone because in our eyes we all fail in some way. Have faith in yourself, it takes lots of time and practice to improve!
I'll start you off by giving some critique~
Do not delete the lines! xD It gives the picture and image definition and also makes the picture look a lot neater. On that note, it can also make coloring a bit easier because you have borders to help shape the image as a whole.
Second off, I would look up some tutorials or some guides perhaps for joints and thickness of the shoulders and legs. The shoulders look great but lack a bit of definition at the joints. The legs on the other hand, should be thicker than the arms and have a more curved shape to it.
I'll be keeping watch of your work~ keep at it and never stop drawing! ^^
