I'm going on a comment run today, so I hope you don't mind my commenting your work~
The portrayal of the characters is excellent..although I'm not very certain of your style so I wonder if it's referenced like some of your other drawings. The bandana is very nice, I agree, and so is the gun.
Hm...critique-wise I'd say that the lines should be a bit more connected and fine. A lot of them seem to be of the same thickness, and it's difficult to distinguish some of the areas on the gun because of how the lines are drawn.
Also perhaps you might want to look at your shading technique and coloring a bit more. Looking at the sky, I can see how it is colored because of the way the pencil marks show. Maybe try pressing darker with your pencil and coloring in the same direction for a neater look, and using more color variants to better distinguish shading. It adds more contrast and life to the picture~ *nods*
Anyways, keep up the nice work~ Eyeshield 21 looks amazing from the looks of this~

Hehe Awww great colouring..He looks like he wants to kill someone or something.....I love the background alot..The windmill in the back are very nicely drawn..Keep it up..And may your drawing skills get better and better..^^
