The hands are freakin spam tastic! I love the way you added the nails in the hands too, it adds more realism to the picture

You ARE good at drawing! Wow! I suck at drawing realistic stuff. Well, people that is. I always hated doing self-portraits. I love yours. The shading is amazing~
