I hear you there. Its a process for sure. I've been anal in that department since I've been drawing non egg bodies at 11-12 years of age. You just can't get TOO caught up with being perfect just trying to address certain habits one at a time and just try to have fun.
I'm planing to put up some reference links in my TMM club so I'm sure you'll get some great use of that! :3

Oh, gosh, I know. Most of my crap is like... my characters from things people wouldn't understand. One of my friends saw part of a picture I was drawing of Poppukon, and I'm so afraid to know what she thinks. She didn't tell me, but keeps trying to steal the folder I keep my work in with my school papers. So embarrassing LOL.
omg, this is so cute! i love the way u drew her--you've been practicing, i can tell!! i love the HP universe--i should probably ressurect my HP OC Elisa, but who knows when i'll get around to it, lol. and don't worry about architecture---just practice practice practice! i still can't draw a decent building to save my life. i guess i need to get back to the drawing board, lol. :)
and i know how u feel with people looking at ur stuff IRL--i used to carry a notebook around with me in high school, and people were always trying to look at my drawings too! i would get wicked embarressed because a lot of it was fanart and fairies and stuff and snatch it away---now i can't wait to show people what i draw!

Aww, don't feel bad EVEYONE starts somewhere. I'm trying to do backgrounds and buildings myself and I blow money butt on them XD. Not to mention just trying to go up the next level in as a whole and I'm stuggling on a lot of things in my art BUT I am getting better. No where as much as I like it to be but its there. :P (pats back)
