WEll I think the shadowing and colors are pretty good! You used quite a variety in her hair and i love that. It gives it all sorts of texture, ha ha ha. Very cute!
I LOVE the tan skin, it's so cute. Like, if she had white skin I don't think it would have come out as great or fantastic. It's very cute, great job on the coloring and impressive with Paint. Paint is the shizz right?
kyaah..~~ gorgeous iruka-sensei... <3 i love the shadows too....~~~ i was looking at ur other works and thought like wow.. u dont have that much digital works and this one's a great start for u *in my opinion* for example, do some digital stuff and then try to apply what u learned from there in ur traditional works.. u'll learn something from applying digital techniques in ur traditional works.. i actually find that helpful for myself too.. *^^*

For coloring in paint it's great Iru ,for my personal like I would gone with a soft skin or orange color for the background. Because that color is an opposite of the girls colors .
For coloring in PAINT I have to say it looks really good. The only thing I could suggest would be to maybe put a little shading on the nose/face to show its "muzzly" (is that a word?) since its a cat girl and that have those little muzzle things...
I have no idea what Im talking about lol. I like it though. I think you shaded it very well. I couldnt find any real flaws in shading or the color blending.
