this really reminds me of an occasion here in the philippines
it happens during MAY,
sort of a tradition on some places her actualy
they choose a "Reyna Elena" or "Queen Elena"
from a group of "PRINCESS"
i still haven't attented one so i'm not sure but,
it also has something to do with the FLOWER festival during MAY
so yeah,
dont know if it's a coincedence but
it fits her perfectly
and the name is quite similar too

i entered this contest too...i think it would be very difficult with such an awesome artist as u in...hahah but ill do my best!!! and well as usual ur coloring is perfect!

I think you did a very wonderful job! Though I have seen good things from the other entries so far I would have to say right now I think i'm contending with you! This is so lovely and although I personally think the dress is a bit to much for Yelena's personality, I see Yelena in this one the most. The hair and eyes fit so well and adding the amazingly done flowers really bring to her also!

well i think you did a fantastic job on capturing her personality! I think the beads and gems on her face and stuff are pretty nice. I like the idea of that. I also love the native american beading around her shirt sleeve.

Her dress is very beautiful and all the layers are rich and cut differently. It looks....hard to draw @__@!! ha ha ha. But I really love her thick hair and soft young face.

You always draw and color very beautiful flowers!
