Well gosh I don't know. I've been seeing stuff get into the top four that are nothing more than a floating head... or a WIP ._. Meanwhile on the second or third page is a much better piece of art that will never make it to the front page because the artist isn't as popular.

Gah... I've been really annoyed with the fan art section lately. I feel compelled to write a Fan Word essay on it... :I
