She looks really kawaii <3 and I love the angle~ It's unusual, but it's unique.

I think her eyes are a little bit too big xDD I know big eyes really boost the kawaii-ness, but I think these ones need to be resized :3 it's just my opinion though.

Other than that, I'd say you improve in drawing :3
Vector is a good way to color and improve, right? <3
