Yes, it's really nice to do! I used to do athletics, but I stopped. It's no fun (and because I'm quite new to running compared to the others, I was the worst at it).

Bodycombat is pretty tough though. The muscles in my shoulders and arms are aching, lol. But during the workout, you won't feel the fact you're tired, because there's encouraging music. ^__^

Yup bodycombnat. It'sa combination of combat sports like kickboxing. You dont have someone to fight against, instead you fight on the beat of th music, in that sense it's like streetdance with fight movements. XD
