Constructive criticism: I would just work on proportions more, and for the feet the outline is a little shaky so try to work on that as well.

Hmm... Did I mention the parting of eyes and ears? I'v only drawn a neko once (and Puchiko with a cat hat). So I'm not sure about the ears, but I think there should be a separation in some way. =/ I don't know.
