It's drawn AND colored in SAI, I just copied the screen with the Print Screen button and pasted it in Ulead so that I could save it =_=
I have the full version of Ulead and I didn't even use it for anything really in this picture. I had to use Ulead because the locked trial version of SAI doesn't allow for saving files.
