You know, it always bothered me that Diglet never came out of the ground. But I think it has feet. How else could it use moves like Scratch?

Well, Natasha won't stop banging on about how Diglet is a mole, and mole have feet, so I guess it dose since Nat has a HUGE knowledge of pokemon.
