Yeah, she was supposed to look kind of masculine (you know, the short hair, muscular hands, etc.). I think it makes her look way better for this picture. ;)
Gorgeous, as always, Goldy. :) I love the color palette; the light shades give me chills just looking at them. and very nice concept! It took me years to develop connotations to pieces... and I still don't do it very often, lol. Anyway... blending is always the way to go on digital pieces. :)))) It's so much fun, right?
As for a pinch constructive criticism... I'm not sure if the hand is supposed to be that size compared to the arm, or if it's foreshortening. If it's the latter, than maybe condense the arm's length a little bit, like raise the elbow up a few pixels to create a more foreshortened feel.
Other than that, I like this!! I'm not sure if you intended for her to look a tad masculine, but even if you didn't, I like it a lot. It's a very honest portrayal. :)
the colours look nice! - constructive critism? you ask for it?! -lol - hmm - ok - i wonder if i sound like a pervert but - make her boobs more pronounced - i thought it was a guy at first till i looked carefully - also i think women generally have less muscle and more fat -so sad but tru T.T
