oh, sure hun!
paper, it really depends on what i'm working on! but what works really great is smooth bristol paper :D it's great for markers AND inks (like water colors! ) and i use copic multiliners or micron pigment liners to ink :) make sure that what ever you use to ink says WATER PROOF on the pen <3 copics are alcohol based so they can and will smudge anything that isn't water proof.

ALSO ONE MORE THING!! lol after inking, please allow the pic to dry for a couple hours before coloring! it may look dry but it may be too wet to...not smudge when alcohol based ink hits it!
