the hair was missing in the reference pic (manga), and i didn't want to ruin it. i'm no good in kanji either, its just because i was copying that i was able to draw the kanji.
His face came out pretty good. You also did a good job with the kanji on his forehead. I find the kanji hard to draw, probably because I can't read Japanese.
The only thing I'm wondering about is the top of his head. What happened to his hair? Otherwise, it's a good drawing.
