Awww this is sooo adorable!!<333 And I see you're getting quite a bit better with trying to add details in clothing! ^^ I really love the green~ it works really well with the dress design<3 And the pose is total <3 it makes her looks especially happy! You've gotten quite a bit better in anatomy as well!
For a mini critique bit, the only thing I've gotta say is to make her neck a bit thicker~ the shoulder joints also need to bit a bit more rounded and natural-looking. But that will get better over time ^^
