I love it, it's so cute. But here are some suggestions: Try making it a little straighter, so it's not leaning to the left as much. For the eyes, try to move the bottom up so that each piece is attached. And finally, try to make the arms a little longer and thinner, as well as the breasts closer, and smaller to the body. Otherwise, it's looks great. The uniform looks like a Harry Potter/Vampire Knight crossover. The pink hair is pretty too. Try adding a little more color to the skin, unless you are going for a vampirish look. Make the skin tanner and put slight areas of pink on the cheeks. I used to draw exactly like you do. No kidding. Great job. Keep it up.
