you should try photoshop, it really makes things easier
you can have a multiple layers to work with so if you colour soemthing wrong it wouldnt effect the other layers
and it has a bunch of other good useful tools
I wouldn't know. I don't use Photoshop.
I use PhotoFiltre to scan the picture/outline/color/and turn blk&wht if i want.
Then i use IPE to resize the image.

niah, the black and white theme fits in here perfectly, so good thing you didnt colour it XD
sometimes colour ruins things >_>
i've never tried IPE and photoFiltre before, how are they compared to photoshop?
