I used manga studio XD When u scan the picture in, u have to open a new blank page first and then import the picture onto that page. But the pic has to be in JPEG format. Then it will be as a sketch layer and you use the line tool which has the curve line tool and go through the whole pic with it and it comes out all nice lookin~ Rein Akira told me how to do it over aim. ^^ Try it out cuz the lines come out supah neat~
