I can see by the details that you used photoshop at most of the picture.Making backgrounds at photoshop is not something that easy and you have to be carefull in the use of the colors.I liked the witch and the hat,but I guess it´s a lot better to use markers to make the bg.

Looks good, nice smooth lines and colours. I know she is from Touhou I played some of de games.
