as i said to the other two commenters, it took a lot of deleting and retrying. i made the picture based off of a scene from the anime, so i had to keep refering back to the episode (it was paused for a long time :P). thanx for the comment, and i'm happy you like it!

the reason you've seen it before is because its based off of a scene from the anime. the fact that i actually did this myself and not just copy the picture from the show and claimed its mine, makes it fan art. many people find the scene shot on the internet and claim its their own; whereas i actually took the time (many days) sitting at a computer working on this. it may not be fanart in your mind, but if someone actually did the work (whether based off another or not) its still fanart. a fan made the piece of art.
