Wow! きれいですよ！(Very pretty!) It looks pretty and the lines are very smooth. I think the hair looks fine, because when you're coloring pictures, you want the color to add the details, not the line art so I think that was a great choice to make.
Very good on the background too, your perspective keeps improving tremendously!
Beautiful work! I love the pose a lot - it's very dynamic and it really gives the feel of freedom and summer/ a summer breeze. The background is very pretty as well - I love how the horizon is slanted - it adds to the movement in the drawing. My favorite parts are the palm tree, the hands and the face :3

Great work. Sure you could have detailed the hair just fine. Should of completed the lines here and there cause they don't always connect tho.
