for a little advice: you have his personaity down, his face is perfect, and the proportions are perfect too! now it's time to focus on fine tuning your work :D again, he's male so making his hand a little larger will help a lot, but also i feel showing some strands in his hair would be great! you can keep the shape but add in some clean lines (strands) to give the viewer a better idea of how his hair feels, and lastly, try adding mroe folds to your characters clothing <3
