If you want to make a hyperlink you should type this: [ U R L = "" ]Insert link text[ / U R L ] (you have to leave out all the spaces, but it wouldn't show now if I didn't put them in...) you have to type the url of the page between "". on the place that says "Insert link text", you should put the text (word or words) that should have the hyperlink.
I hope this is enough to help you out.
