The design is very frufru, what with the peacock feathers, feathered mane, and the little legs, but your work with the ears and especially the face, it looks rather fierce. It looks rather dangerous.
I'm not up on pokemon (which I'm assuming this is), so I'm not familiar with what it evolved from, but I really like your design. >Great

I really like how you've drawn the feathers, it's nicely detailed and makes a nice surrounding.
