I actually did it with minimal supplies, so it wasn't too hard to make. I think I had a ziploc baggie, one of those metal tips, and lots of food coloring :) It's just really time consuming.

They're actually made out of Twinkies! I guess Twinkies have like a healthy, 100-calorie version now, and those Twinkies are shaped like little circles. I cut the Twinkies into the shapes and then poured melted, colored frosting over them and froze them until they hardened. Then all I had to do was poke them on the cake! :D The eyes are made of icing though. :)
