The Carographer sounds like a beautiful and touching story. If there is some way you could show the story to us, whether it be a comic or a written story, I would love to read it!
Is Chiella dying of a disease (I was thinking cancer or something similar)? The question just came up as soon as I saw it.
Besides that, this picture looks amazing! I love the lighting and the highlights on their hair and clothes, and I love the detail in the shadows on Chiella's hand. I have to completely agree with Hiko in that you should make a tutorial. Your older tutorials are still wonderful, but your style has changed so much - it's so much more detailed and realistic, I love it!
Anyways, amazing job! They're such a sweet couple. :)

I really hope you'll have time to work longer on your works! They come out amazing, even though I know your a wonderful artist, I forget that sometimes you take like 10 min on a work and then its not as good as well for instance this one lol!
