Well, I will be posting more info about them in my world, and hopefully get around to doing an actual fic one of these days.

He's a character from a pokemon fanfic I plan on doing sometime in the future...if I ever get around to it. he's one of the main antagonists.
This seems intresting. Is it for some sort of fanwork or something?
