hehe I think I like this one more =D (I didn't like the chibi style of the other as much) (I saw it from the notifications section and when I went to the main fanart page, there was another one that was so similar XD)
This is adorable *hugs* But I hope you grow to feel more confident about your first one, because I really think that one was special! You did a great job with both pictures, though and I'm sure you'll do well in the contest ^___^

yeah the term first appeared in a novel and the character referred to NYC as big apple, and the term kinda stuck lol
